Legal information
Cookies and
preferences.
The website defaults to Portuguese and the dark theme. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can accept preference cookies or choose essential cookies only in the cookie notice.
1. What is stored
The lusora-consent cookie stores your decision for six months. If you accept preferences, lusora-theme stores your theme and lusora-language stores your language for one year. These values do not include your name, email or enquiry details.
| Identifier | lusora-theme / lusora-language |
|---|---|
| Type | Preference cookie, SameSite Lax |
| Content | light / dark; pt / en |
| Purpose | Remember the chosen theme and language |
| Duration | One year from the last selection, or until the preference is removed |
With preferences accepted, local storage shares theme changes with other tabs. Choosing essential cookies only removes the theme and language cookies. You can still change the theme on the current page and browse the Portuguese or English version.
2. Administration session
Signing in to the private dashboard creates the cookie lusora_admin, which authenticates the administrator. It expires after eight hours or is removed on sign-out. It is an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite Strict cookie with no advertising purpose. The session is validated on the server and revoked when the account loses access.
3. Managing preferences
You can change the theme and language in the menu. To review your cookie choice, use the button below or the option in the footer. You can also clear data in your browser settings.
4. Additional information
The use of cookies and similar technologies is covered in the CNPD's official information about cookies. How form data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Luso assistant session
The lusora_luso cookie is created only when you open a conversation. It contains a random identifier needed to retrieve your conversation and expires after 30 days. It is HttpOnly, Secure over HTTPS and SameSite Strict. New conversation replaces the browser session; it does not erase the private history already recorded.
