Legal information
Our
Privacy Policy.
This page explains what happens to data in the current website, including the contact form and theme preference.
1. Information entered in the form
The form collects your name, email, optional phone number and project description. When submitted, these details are saved in Lusora's private dashboard to review, follow up and respond to your enquiry. The website uses Netlify hosting and a Neon database, with server processing and the database configured in Frankfurt, in the European Union.
For questions about your data or requests for access, correction or deletion, contact lusora@outlook.pt.
2. Managing enquiries
An administrator can view the enquiry, assign a status, add internal notes and delete the record. Selecting 'Copy enquiry' copies the text to your device's clipboard. The 'New enquiry' button clears the form for a new message.
3. Theme preference
When you accept preference cookies, the browser saves your chosen theme and language. The theme preference is identified by lusora-theme and the language preference by lusora-language. You can remove it on the cookies and preferences page or in your browser settings.
4. External resources and services
Fonts and scripts are served by this website. Projects may include externally hosted images and links to other websites. If an administrator configures and enables an integration, new enquiries, including name, email, phone number (if provided) and message, are also sent to the configured destination. By default, no integrations, advertising or analytics tools are active.
Access to the administration dashboard uses a session cookie, described on the cookies and preferences page.
Public reviews shown on the website are retrieved by the server through the Google Places API. We display the rating, comments and publicly identified authors. Contact form data is not sent to this service. When you open a Google Maps link, the applicable policy is Google Privacy Policy.
5. Data protection information
You can find information about data protection and individual rights on the official European Union portal and from the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
6. Luso assistant
Opening a conversation with Luso creates an assistant session. Messages, automated replies and selected navigation actions are kept in Lusora’s private history, available for 30 days. Expired records are automatically removed during history maintenance. The assistant uses only programmed Lusora information; it does not send messages to AI providers. Avoid sharing passwords or sensitive data. To request access or deletion, contact lusora@outlook.pt.
